Digital Providers uses only best-in-class hardware to run its network, from top to bottom! Unlike many of our competitors, we own and operate our own backbone and network (AS32903) as well as a private datacenter in downtown New York City -- offering unrivaled global connectivity.

Our core infrastructure is 100% N+1 redundant Foundry Networks NetIron 400 backbone routers, with over 20Gbps of capacity. These routers offer incredible performance and resilience to DoS (denial of service) attacks.

These core routers are connected via N+1 redundant metro fiber switches, lighting our private dark fiber ring with multiple Gig-E's to major carrier hotels in the New York metro area, including 25 Broadway (TELEHOUSE), 60 Hudson (Telx), and 111 Eigth Avenue (New York City Connect).

Our dark fiber ring allows the Digital Providers network massive capacity directly into these key buildings, where we can interconnect with virtually any IP provider. This increased flexibility translates into better performance and reliability for our customers - allowing us to circumvent any issue that may affect one of our multiple providers - or even an entire carrier hotel.

Each and every cabinet in our datacenter benefits from 100% Foundry Networks switches, with multiple diverse gigabit uplinks to our redundant core infrastructure.

This top-to-bottom N+1 approach in every component of the Digital Providers network enables us to guarantee an Industry-leading 100% Uptime and 0% Packet-loss SLA, and allowing our customers to rest assured that their mission critical applications are always available.
